SO Guidelines:

Change/Cancellation Policy:

• The client has the right to change/cancel an appointment without penalty, with a minimum of 48 hours written notice.
• Any cancellation or modification of an appointment with less than 48 hours notice or any failure to attend a scheduled appointment on the part of the client will result in a forfeiture of that consultation time with no refund of the fee.

Time Commitment:

• All consultations require a specific, dedicated time slot and all consultations will end at the end of that time slot. So Organized! will not be responsible for time lost due to interruptions on the client’s end (ie: crying children, another phone call…), during the appointment.
• Upon sign-up, day and time choices will be available. Once day and time preferences are made by the client, a specific date and time will be assigned by So Organized! and e-mailed to the client. The client must respond within 48 hours to confirm the appointment, or possibly forfeit that appointment slot.
• So Organized! will send a reminder e-mail re-confirming the appointment.

General Guidelines:

• All SO Consultations and SO Action Plans will be conducted in good faith. Implementation of any and all SO Action Plans are the client’s responsibility.

• No phone calls can be recorded without the express written consent of both parties and no recordings may be made in violation of the law. See Privacy Policy.
